How do you keep your body healthy?

  1. Eat well! Getting the right nutrition is

    adequate amounts of fuel to keep you
    going.
  2. Exercise daily! Your body is much like a
    machine and it needs to move.
  3. Sleep like a baby.
  4. Do things that you enjoy.
  5. Stay flexible and bendy.
  6. Listen to your body.
