It's been a while I posted a health status or even a steemit post.
I was working on a fiction for a major competition here in Nigeria.
Thankfully, I didn't fall I'll (my girlfriend said I would)
I've been taking my supplements though. I guess they are working as I no longer have as much cold and catarrh as I used to.
Only issue is I don't take them everyday. I hate drugs
Well, it's time to resume steemit
