HOW TO LOSE FAT OR EXCESS CALORIES

Fat which finds themselves to your body through love handles can be really hard to fight. It can lead to a lot of frustration and hopelessness especially when it seems that you just cannot get rid of those extra calories and get the perfect body which you want. There are ways though that this can be achieved. Some of these ways are;
• EXERCISE: there is no way to do it better than exercise a lot. Exercises such as jogging make you exert yourself which would definitely increase the chances of you burning those fats. Therefore, it is important that you take time out of your schedule in order to make this work. When you exercise on a regular basis, you would be stunned when you realize that you are actually shedding those extra pounds in record time.
• EAT HEALTHY: stay away from everything and anything junk. Junk foods can affect your body system negatively especially when you are trying to lose weight. Therefore, it is important that you ensure that you stay true to your cause by eating healthier. Try as much as possible to get fruits and salads into your meals. This would allow you to be able to look fresher while losing weight.
There is no amount of calories which cannot be lost when you put your mind to it. Try to do this and you would find yourself losing calories in next to no time.

Just a simple Gluten free diet also helps to a very big extent in losing weight. Healthy lifestyle can help one be in good shape

Great post. I will say the first tip is for you to clear your kitchen, i mean look at the type food you eat and take proper careful of it. Junk food should be stopped, food that have high level of fats also should be properly watched because if you say you want to lose fat and you are still eating a large sum of fat, then it may really be difficult. Tip 2 like you have said, we should involve ourself into exercise. Exercise like jogging, steady state training and many more. Tip 3 is Green tea. Some research have found out that Green tea also helps in burning fats. Tip 4 is that you should sleep. You must be careful not to allow sleep to be left out. You should sleep a lot. Tip 5 is that you muat increase the intake of protein in your body. There are many more tips for burning out fats but i guess this will also helps. This is my contribution to your post.
