Another morning habit that requires rethinking is a Cup of coffee. In the first hours after awakening in the body excess "stress hormone" cortisol. If you add to this disturbing caffeine, then you should not be surprised by increased anxiety or bad mood.

It is better to drink coffee not immediately in the morning, but after a certain period of time, when the concentration of cortisol is already physiologically reduced, that is, 4 hours after awakening.

If you drink coffee earlier, there will be too sharp jump of vivacity, and you already want to sleep for lunch. The same effect give sweets. And it's not just about sweets and cakes. The standard portion of corn flakes contains 4 tablespoons of sugar! Contrary to the assurances of advertising, Breakfast cereals-not the best option for the morning.

They are rapidly absorbed, absorbed into the blood and dramatically increase blood glucose levels. Our nervous system is very sensitive to this, so there may be apathy, drowsiness and even a headache. After eating these products quickly returns to hunger.

Doctors assure: it is better to eat pizza in the morning. But only quality! Proteins, fats and carbohydrates make it a balanced Breakfast. The main thing is to stay on one piece.
