Yay, I love to workout in the morning! A couple of years back I was working in an event agency where we began to work quite late at 10.00am, so I had plenty of time to do some sports before getting the day officially started. I remember that this was an incredible boost and my whole performance turned out the be much more efficient.

Now that I'm self-employed I can do sports whenever I want, always prefering to do it in the morning.
