🔥🔥 How I Got Fire Energy! 🔥🔥

 As a trainer there are several areas that we like to focus on to help clients get to where they want to be.

For the most part a lot of clients come to us looking to change their looks. They either want to loose weight, or gain strength and muscle. 

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this, in fact it’s pretty fun to help people make changes to their body composition. And along the way a person may see positive changes in their health as well. 

But along with that one of the things I like to focus on is peoples energy levels. 


Energy levels aren’t as easy to talk about at first, but it’s definitely something that you can see change in some people as they start to make lifestyle changes in an effort to gain control of their health. 

I’d even go as far as to say that changes in energy levels is just as important as weight loss or weight gain for most people but it isn’t something that is stressed as much as changing the way our bodies look. 


A lot of things things that are sold and put in front of us on a daily basis have a negative affect on our energy. 

Even the thing that is meant to be fuel and medicine for our bodies, food, is often time turned into something that will damage our energy levels overtime instead of giving us the fuel we need to carry out healthy daily activities. 

Its pretty weird that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is something that takes so much effort for some of us now days. Between all of the confusing information, and straight BS we’re given at times it can be hard to get ahead. 

One of the main things that helps me though is keeping it simple. 

I believe a healthy life is one that is full of energy. Even if it’s not loud energy that’s moving 100mph and bouncing off the walls, it’s energy that has the ability to produce work and be available to give to the people around us.

 


How’s it done? 

The absolute best way to best way to do this is through your diet. 

One of the first things that comes to mind is not eat simply because it’s “time” to eat. 

It’s about being more mindful with your eating. eating is about giving your body energy. Food is fuel for our bodies to function and be productive. Not to say that it shouldn’t be enjoyed, but it’s more to it than eating till you’re stuffed full just because its dinner time. 

Another thing that is crazy helpful in helping achieve greater energy levels is being active. 

Working out will have you fatigued during the activity, but it a lot more beneficial long term. 

During this time your body is learning how to work more efficiently, and fuel work over a longer periods of time.

 Something like a morning walk is actually a good workout to help get you energized for the day. 

And One more thing you can make adjustments to is your sleep schedule. 

No matter what anyone else says, sleep is important for our bodies in our overall health. There’s too much that goes on in our bodies during this time for us to note take it seriously. 

During our sleep we sort out all types of information in our brain, we repair different areas of our body, we decompress and, secrete different hormones that our bodies need. 

It’s really a lot.

But more than anything, it’s nice waking up clear, refreshed and ready for the day.

But i think you are right eat and drink properly. And of course sleep.

Try light sparring. Find a decent partner and spar from time to time. That always gives me a energy boost.

I have a little crazy in me, I must admit.. lol
I dont know how or when but I'm a get in there someday and get some sparing in. Seems like a lot of fun.

haha yes we all a bit crazy some just admit it.

It is indeed fun if you got the right partner. Even light sparring is heavy endurance wise. But you know afterwards you feel super good. Dont forget to use a mouthguard 2dollars but way cheaper then the dentist.

Btw you are super right its not only about muscles or getting strong. Its about having energy, feeling good and to stay a bit healthy.
