UNLUCKY ME .......,
I hurt myself, I ripped a muscle in my left shoulder, I went to the doctor. I got medicine and I have a red lamp. And they hope it will be ok with rest. I need to go to the doctors next Friday again and untill than I wear a strap. Very uncomfortable but nesseccary.

Only has one working arm but is still able to take selfies, it would only be you! Hope you get well soon and don't work your other selfie arm too hard, look after yourself
