Greetings Steemians! happy to be once again participating in this challenge of healthy recipes. In this week I bring you a recipe for a healthy dessert: Chocolate Cake and Carrots. This great challenge is organized by @healthsquared.

Benefits of carrot.

Diuretics.
Protects the stomach.
Controls the cholesterol and triglycerides.
Against constipation.
Improvement view.
Ideal for pregnant women and in nursing process.
It stimulates appetite.
Combat anemia.

Vitamins and minerals of carrot
Vitamin A or beta-carotene, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorus.

Ingredients for the base:

  • Four carrots.
  • 10 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • Half a cup of shredded coconut.
  • Coconut sugar to taste.

Ingredients for coverage:

  • A natural yogurt.
  • 200 grams of chocolate-free icing.
  • Berries.
  • Sugar-free Chocolate drops.

STEPS:

1.- Peel the carrots and cook them, remove the water well and process them.





2.- Add cocoa, grated coconut, coconut sugar or sweetener until a paste is moldable (the amount of dry items varies according to the size of carrots)



3.- Put the pasta in a mold, crush with your fingers and bring to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.



4.- Melt chocolate for microwave coverage for about one minute.



5.- Mix natural yogurt with previously melted chocolate.



6.- Add the yogurt-chocolate mixture on the base.



7.- Decorate with berries and chocolate drops.

8.- Take to the refrigerator for an hour and then enjoy this rich and appetizing dessert.
