Dear Diary: I Ate So Much Today With Blue Crabs And More

My today's lunch-supper combination are some molting blue crabs and rice. My mother seemed to cook rice well because I told her to cook it nicely so it will get soft and nice to chew with. A good rice is sticking to each other and not grainy when you chew it. Part of enjoyment in eating rice was its texture so if you have a lousy rice then your meal wouldn't be very enjoyable.

Some rice cookers are very expensive, it is because they are designed to cook rice in a very scientific way. But it is not necessary to use them if you know how to cook rice and there are varying techniques in cooking it based on the type of the rice, its age, and the type of cookware and stove you will going to use.

I now prefer a very soft rice but not watery, it is because of my mouth features and disfigurement so I just want to easily chew my food but with a hard cooked rice it really spoils my appetite.

My mother wants a big rice cooker and I actually saw one that uses a stainless steel pot but I wanted those of a Japanese type where it is designed to cook rice very well. The issue is that it eats electricity too much comparing to the other types but it does really well in cooking rice for sure and it also has a very forbidding price tag as well.

Anyway after eating the molting blue crabs with rice I took my phosphate binder and I had some toasted cornmeal plus some peanuts just to add some extra calories in my diet. Now I am full and ready to steem on.
