There are definitely two kinds of women here, the healthy ones and the ones that are free to choose being healthy later lol.

But of course there must be a balance in keeping ourselves fit and at the same time enjoying foods that are delicious but not that damaging to our health.

Some people just doesn't care if they are eating bad foods believing that they can't be harmed by just eating but they are unknowingly putting themselves at risk in lifestyle diseases like heart condition or Diabetes.

Moderation is the key to a more long life as well as choosing what to eat plays a major role to our well-being because foods now are harming us because of the chemicals within packaged and processed foods.

Foods that are prepared at home is better than what you would normally buy in the supermarket which if you use in frequency your body will just develop certain diseases linked to the chemicals that are inside your packaged and processed foods.

So if we can, just grow your own vegetables and farm your own meat if you want to be totally out from the clasp of our modern-day food culture where most foods now are also the cause of illnesses that could just be prevented by careful consideration into where you will get your foods.

La alimentación o mejor dicho la buena alimentación es vital para tener una vida saludable.
La comida chatarra a veces suele ser muy sabrosa pero nada como la hecha en casa.
Hacer ejercicios ayuda mucho a estar saludable.
Lamentablemente el ritmo de vida que llevamos no nos permite alimentarnos saludablemente.
