COCONUT WINE, GOOD FOR THE HEART?

One of my Parents' products sold is Tuba (in our own dialect) or Coconut Wine. They say it's good for the heart and is not harmful to the body, instead it nourishes our body. I actually had a taste of it and it's really good.
My Mother told me to drink even a glass everytime I have my monthly period to make the flow better and for me not to suffer dysmenorrhea. We'll based on my experience, it made me felt better during those days.
