It was determined that the corporation failed to warn him of the dangers from exposure to Roundup. Monsanto has fought documented science for years. Internal documents were used to show the intent and malice of this corporation as they knew of the harm it did. Corporate profit was more important than people. Even after this lawsuit Monsanto still claims tits roundup to be safe.
