The whole week I spent thinking that healthy dessert was the right one for this challenge, and after investigating several recipes, I decided on the sweet of Tomatoes with Nutella Pumpkin, since it is made with healthy ingredients and good for the body. It is also an easy recipe to make at home and its ingredients are accessible to obtain. I assure you that everyone will be fascinated with this delicious dessert.

Do not wait any longer and follow the step by step that I will share with all of you, in the realization of this dessert, then I will describe the ingredients to use.

Ingredients

  • ½ Kilo of Medium Tomatoes
  • 500 grams of Panela
  • 1 Medium Squash

  • 1 Pure Cocoa Paste in Bar

  • Water or Vegetable Milk (Optional)
