My experience doing a Course of Food Manipulation

• Hi steemian friends, today is a day very dark, it looks like its winter, but the real point of this post is how i was feeling when i made the manipulation's curse.
  
• This course is necessary if you need to work with food or have contact with any edible substance. It is very requested by law in many jobs in Venezuela, yet you learn a lot of knowledge.
  
• At the beginning the teacher in charge of making the talk shows you a bizarre video of how a person introduced his arm in a meat cutting machine and how he lost it, this is due to the misuse of the machinery, everything depends on the risks you run in the company and that is why you need to use the necessary implements for good care.
  
  

• Those that are reflected in the image are only few safety devices in some companies, always a company must be equipped with such equipment and medical devices.

• The specific objectives of the course are:

• 1. Promote the manipulator: With knowledge and skills that contribute to the protection of food during production, collection, transport, preparation and storage to offer and serve them healthy and safe.

• 2 Staff conscience: On the importance of correctly handling food in harmony with the sanitary hygienic concepts legally established.

• 3 Promote a process of change: Of attitudes as a platform to increase personal hygiene and its impact on food handling.

FACT: For proper handling of food, there are methods of preservation, such as packaging, refrigeration, freezing, pasteurizing, boiling, among others, which allows food to be kept stable for more efficient consumption.

• Apart they explain how microorganisms develop, cross contamination, which is when they are cutting, for example, a salad with a knife and use the same knife to cut meat and then other foods without first having washed them; It is preferable to wash food and implements with hot water.

• In the end they gave me a certified for my participation and intervention in the class, i didn't took pictures because they said that we couldn't use our phones...
