A $ 1,000 cash paper was sold at an auction in the United States for $ 2 million.
On October 25, Stack's Bowers Galleries opened an auction in Baltimore, Maryland, for a 1890 paper called Grand Watermelon, the Great Watermelon.
It is worth mentioning that the label belongs to the green lines that were drawn by the banknote at the time. There are only seven such notes, one of the most sought-after securities in America's precious money market.
