it makes muscles longer and additional versatile and reduces pain and also the risk for injury. to start with stretching, arm up your muscles initial, with many minutes of repetitive motion similar to walking in situ or arm circles. That gets blood and element to muscles. Then perform stretches for the calves, hip flexors, quadriceps, and also the muscles of the shoulders, neck, and lower back.
