Just like the physical activity benefits your body, helping it to stay strong and healthy, mental activity builds your mental muscle, hence reduces the risk of cognitive declination and serves as a prevention of Dementia disorder and Alzheimer's disease.

Although our brains are the big bosses of our bodies, we tend to take this tender gray matter for granted.
