For Greater Brain Connectivity

We all know the right hemisphere of our brain controls our left side body and vice versa. And we tend to be predominantly left our right brained in our personality as well as influence. The right brain being more logical thought and the left brain being more creative.

However throughout the day we vacillate between each of these influences. With simple exercises easy can become more stabilized between them gaining greater capacity for both. Think of how this would lift your life skills as well as job performance.

The exercise is simply reaching and touching, which can be accomplished in various exercise patterns slowly or as more dynamic types of movement.

By either touching your hands together, you stimulate both hemispheres of your brain simultaneously. This balances the right left RB and tides to bring greater clarity, focus and creativity.

This can also be accomplished by crossing the arms, touching or not. The same holds true for your legs and feet.

You can also increase this stimulation by working hand to foot and especially front to back. As example of this to lift the right foot behind you to touch it to your left hand.

The speed or intensity is not important, yet you could incorporate it into a cardio type program as well for physical and mental exercise.
