Hi friends how are you? Hope you are in good health and time.

Today Ramadan's moon has been sighted in my country i. e Pakistan. Everybody is excited for arrival of this sacred month of Ramadan. Let me inform you that we are facing extrem warm condition in this region. Summer has been started and Sun is fully scattere its heat on this part of the world.

Day time is too prolong, fasting in such conditions is much harder task, beside that it is a compulsory thing to all Muslim arround the world.

What is fasting?

Fasting mean to stop, to stay.....It mean that we are bound to not eat or drink any thing after Sun Rise till Sun set. Actually fasting teaches us patience. Patience in every movement of life. Muslims all over the world observed fasting as religious obligation

Fasting Health Benifits

There are several benifits of fasting. I don't want to look into these benifits in detail but few quintessential requires spacial attention.....

Fasting is a good practice, if properly implemented. It promotes elimination of toxins from the body, reduces blood sugar ans fat stores. It promote healthy eating habits and boost immunity.

Fasting increases breakdown of glucose so that the body can get energy. It reduces production of insulin. This rests the pancreas. Glucagon is produced to facilitate the breakdown of glucose. The outcome of fasting is a reduction in blood sugar.

The first response of the body to fasting is break down of glucose. When the store of glucose is exhausted, ketosis begins. This is break down of fats to release energy. The fats stored in kidney and muscles are broken down to release energy.

Fasting promotes rapid weight loss. It reduces the store of fats in the body. However fasting is not a good weight loss strategy. Reducing fat and sugar intake, and increasing fruits and rest are better measures to achieve weight reduction. 8. Fasting Promotes Healthy diet: It has been observed that fasting reduces craving for processed foods. It promotes desire for natural foods, especially water and fruits. This is one way fasting promote healthy lifestyle.

These drinks may be used before Sun rise or Sun set. Be care full about heavy take. You can take 2 to 3 glass at once.

A glass of water

and 2 spoon Jaam e Shereen Syrup

Shake it and enjoy. You can add up this Syrup with all fruit shakes.
