We are always talking about staying healthy, eating well, exercising and going to the doctor, when doing physical activity we think about going to the gym and working our body, I am one of those who think differently so today I explain why we should do exercises on the air free and the advantages that it gives to our health, since it is a habit to do exercises. Believe it or not, in the first five minutes of outdoor physical activity you notice an increase in self-esteem. And it is that exercising, in itself, changes your mood. But when you see that you overcome obstacles running through the park, or you are able to do toning exercises near the sea, the anxiety decreases and you begin to feel better.

The physical exercise is wonderful, thanks to the benefits we get for our health, there are different sports that we can do outdoors such as running, walking, rollerblading or riding a bike are some of the activities we can practice.

Outdoor exercises bring great benefits to our body and, in addition, help us to reduce stress, and even better is that it is free in general, there is no need to pay for outdoor exercises, although it is true that some activities require of certain investment (for example, to practice cycling), while you feel like you can go out to do some exercise such as walking or running and the best thing is that we can start and finish when you decide, we will be our coach and we will set the guidelines and limits. Running or walking is not only free but very relaxing.

Everything that surrounds reaches to have a sense, the sounds, the landscape, makes us think and meditate giving us a more global vision of everything.

We do not waste energy, light, electricity, water, or anything that helps us not to preserve the environment we enjoy.

It is an ideal means for relaxation and stretching activities, with a quiet place will suffice.

Disadvantages when performing outdoor exercises

Finding people to train together is more complicated outside the gym, because in this one, everyone is looking for similar objectives.

Depending on the activity, we may have to move to a place a little away from home to train.
