Papad sunte he logo ko papad khane ka maan ho jata hai papad jab ham kisiko khane pe bulate hai tabh bhi ham mehman ke liye papad tal kar rakhte hai leken papad hai bahut he nuksan daye. Papad mai sabse jyada matra mai namak hota hai jisse hame daybites or hight bp honeka khatra ho jata hai. Jyada papad khaneme ajaye to kabjke samasya bhi badh jate hai or papad me jyadatar jyada masale hone par asedete ka khatra bhi badhjata hai. Bhar ke papad mai tel bhi acche gunvata vala nahe hota jisse hamare tabyat kharab hote hai.
