It's been a beautiful year and we are almost rounding up 2018 It's that time of the year where must organizations makes their staffs work harder than usual and schools try to rush the scheme just to ensure students meet up
In summary we all get stressed up in one form or the other and tend to forget the big word "REST"
There is a Nigerian adage that say

Rest is a state of inactivity to recover strength.
It can be done by relaxing, sleeping or just lying down.

We have to types of rest
√Active Rest
√Passive Rest
Active Rest :this is a type of rest performed by moving around or doing something you love to like having a stroll, biking or gyming.read-515531__480.jpg

Passive Rest :passive rest is done by lying down to read a book ,listening to music or watching an interesting movie that helps you calm your nerves.
