Well again we have some foods here that very bad way to much sodium that adds up very fast and they are like canned soups lets see here i myself love soups but most of the canned soups are so loaded with sodium it can make your head spin you see most soups have about 900mg of sodium and that is just half a cup just think ifcyou eat the whole can which most people do you are looking at about 2000 mg now that is really wow factor so either buy the low sodium canned soups or just make your own where you can control how much sodium you add,then we have tomato products which most come in very high in sodium and we are looking at like tomato sauces and tomato juices too just a half a cup of marinara sauce you are looking at about 400-500mg and that is just 1\2 a cup and the juice can be worst like about 600-700mg per cup but again you can fine very low sodium tomato sauces and juices just read the labels.
