Well as you can see cayenne pepper has many many benefits for the body,cayenne pepper can help to clear congestion also it is great for sinus congestion,you see again its the Capsaicin it thins the mucus in your sinuses so you can breath freely,really to help here you may take cayenne pepper orally here is what you do just take 1teaspoon of cayenne pepper put it in some hot water twice a day you may want to add some honey with that i would say about 1tablespoon,you see what happens here the Capsaicin helps to stimulates and drains your sinuses and helps to dilates your blood vessels in your nose.You see cayenne pepper can also be used to gargle with,it will help with sore throats also.
