Well some of these foods are very bad to eat when you are dealing with high blood pressure,one of the worst ones is Salt which is in just about all of your processed foods like frozen pizza and vegetable juices and canned soups and also some of the canned tomatoes and deli meats are all food that are loaded with sodium you see one should lower there intake to about 1.500 mg a day when ever possible you see the average person takes in about 3500 mg a day,and believe it most of the sodium taking in comesvfrom package foods like about 70% which is really high,and if you think about it just 1teaspoon of salt is about 1500 mg wow factor that why i allways say read the labels on packaged foods,you see to function right your body really only needs about 600-800 mg a day more on these foods.
