Well here is what i think is one of the best things for your brain is turmeric which we know has curcumin which has very strong anti inflammatory benefits you see research has found that turmeric can reduce the symptoms of Alzheimers disease and also help with depression plus curcumin helps to boost brain derived neurotrophic factor and what this is a growth hormone that makes the brain cells grow really helps to reduce the brains mental decline plus turmeric has shown to help improve memory for people who have Alzheimers and how this is done is to clear the amyloid plaque which is one ofcthe causes of this disease plus,studies have found turmeric to bosst your serotonin plus your dopamine which can improve your moods really to help with depression.PS:if you use turmeric best to use with black pepper helps to absorb the benefits of turmeric you see its hard for the body to absorb the turmeric on its own.
