Well staying well hydrated is really important when sick,you see when sick or when you have a fever,or having vomiting and diarrhea all this can cause you to be dehydrated,and coconut water.is really great to give you back the electrolytes and taste is really good too and has glucose which is needed for hydration,then we have Ginger which by the way is really known for helping with nausea caused by like being from cancer treatment or just throwing up ginger is really powerful here,olus ginger has anti inflammatory properties and has antioxidants too,then we have the spicy foods like chili peppers,you see the peppers have capsaicin which is what gives tye peppers there heat,capsaicin also stimulates musus which gives you runny nose breaks up a stuffy nose too plus capsaicin may also help with coughs you see the capsaicin make you less sesitive to irritation,I myself drink cayenne pepper with some raw honey in hot water and i call it pepper tea really great when sick or not really gets your blood flowing very well.
