Well then we have yogurt which by the way is a great food when sick or not it has like 125-150 calories and about 8-10 grams of protein and very rich in calcium and vitamins and minerals too,you see research shows that yogurt with probiotics can help you to get colds less often and get over the cold faster also too,and a study found that children who took probiotics really felt better about two days faster plus the symptoms were also about 50% less severe also,then we have fruits like strawberries and also blueberries and blackberries also work very well when sick you see they have Anthocyanins which make the berries very strong anti inflammatory and antiviral plus mmune system boosting effects,then we have good old Avocado which is really a great food to eat when sick its easy to eat plus it is a very good soruce of fiber and vitamins and mineralsc and they also have oleic acid which by the way helps to decrease inflammation and also helping your immune system too.
