Well here are some good and healthy smoothies to try out,again it is just a great way to get the nutrients the body needs like to keep you hydrated plus protein plus healthy carbs and good fats for energy,ok the first one has peanut butter which by the way is a great way to start your day with,just try to use all natural peanut butter here because it has no added sugar or any hydrogenated oils either,ok first we need 1banana cut up then add 1-2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter then add about 8-10 oz of filtered water then add 1tablespoon of raw honey,then add about 10-12 raw almonds just blend all together and add more filtered water as needed to make nice and smooth try this very good and healthy too.
