Well here we are after sleeping through the night and you wake up and your body is already a little dehydrated what to do well do this it works really very good just take a glass of cold water with some lemon you see lemon water will help your immune system plus this is very good because of the vitamin C in the lemon.Then we have another morning drink with just 1tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in your morning glass of water this will get your metabolism running in high gear for sure,then we have some coconut water just make sure you drink the unsweetened water you see the coconut water has many nutrients and minerals plus some antioxidants too,then we have some thing else but not water its green tea which will help to boost your metabolism plus has many antioxidants.
