Well here is a real good smoothie to rav up your nitric oxide with this great smoothie first add 1tablespoon of raw honey then add like 16 oz of filtered water then add just 1 cup of frozen beets or canned is good here too then add 1cup of strawberries frozen is better here then blend all together and add more filtered water if needed.Try this very good to open your blood vessels and arteries too,plus very good for your heart health too this one very good to drink about an hour before workout or some other physical exercise.
