Ok the next smoothie is also very good to try for that bad ass headache from drinking a little to much the night before ok the first thing we need is 1 1\2 cups of frozen spinach then add1\2 cup of coconut water then add 1\2 cup of frozen blueberries then 1\2 banana then add aome ginger root about 1\4 inch will do here then add 1tabespoon of raw honey then blend all together and add more coconut water if needed,ok the next one has a few more ingredients first we need 1 handful of spinach then add 1 1\2 celery sticks then add1 apple cut up then add 1\4 or 1\2 of a avocado then add 1tablespoon of flax seeds then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then add 1cup of coconut water,hen just blend all together and add more coconut water if needed.
