Now we have a very super healthy smoothie with this one first we have kale which is a superfood rich in antioxidants and fiber and also vitamin A,ok first we need 1 cup of frozen kale then add 1 banana cut up then add1cup of blueberries frozen is better here then add 1\2 a cucumber sliced up then add 1cup of filtered water and then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then just blend all together add more filtered water to get it nice and smooth,then the next one has mangos which are a good source of vitamin A plus rich in iron and antioxidants plus mangos are good for your digestion too and some fiber too,ok first we need 1cup of frozen mango then add 1cup of frozen strawberries then add 1cup of yogurt of your choice then add 2tablespoons of raw honey then add 1cup of almond milk then just blend all together and add more almond milk if needed.
