IMPORTANCE OF GOOD POSTURE

There is no part of our body which works more than our back. While other parts of our body are hardly involved in all our duties, our backs and spinal cords are really the most hit in everything we do. For this reason, it is quite essential that we pay constant attention to good posture. This would help you especially when you are more elderly. You would soon find out how strong your back would be. Here are some of the things which you should do to ensure that you maintain good posture;
• TRY TO SIT UPRIGHT: it can be quite tempting to just lean over your desk while writing. At first, it might seem comfortable enough. But in the long run, this posture can have telling effects on your back. The best thing to do would be to sit upright and then try to make sure your chair is as close to the table as possible. This would solve most of the problem of having to stress yourself hereby hurting your posture.
• TRY TO STAND STRAIGHT: When walking, try not to stand in a hunched position as this can put unnecessary exertions on your back. It is better that you walk upright as this would help you maintain the shape of your spinal cord. This will definitely result in a better shape for you.
Having good posture is essential due to the fact that it has the chance to save you a lot of problems which may arise later in life.
