Hey Family!
It's been a while I am not able to keep up with my love for writing due to congested schedule these days. As work load have been increased and my priorities were shifted a bit lately.
Okay, coming to the delicious subject.
A chocolate lover? but afraid of its negative effects?....Don't worry, I got some interesting facts!

Many of you must be keeping yourself away from chocolate in order to invite the risk of obesity and tooth decay! As most of the times the negative effects are more famous than the positive ones. unaware of how positively the chocolate may effect the body we tend to underestimate its value sometime.

So, getting up from the monotonous thinking, Let's dig into some real gems of nutrition!

1. Helps to manage good mood!- You all must be aware of its addictive smell and amazing taste, not only this but it also helps to manage a good mood especially in high-pressure or stressful situations.

2. Growth and Development with Fetal performance- Consumption of about one ounce of chocolate during pregnancy may give fetal growth and development to the child moreover a little dark chocolate might boost oxygen availability during fitness training.

3. Helps in maintaining healthy heart!- A notable improvement in cardiovascular health was found due to presence of polyphenols in cacao. hence a healthy hearth.

4. Brings up the glow on skin- Maintaining healthy skin through expensive cosmetics is useual but havinga a glowing skin by just eating your favorite chocolate is damn amazing, this fact itself made me astonished. chocolate maintain healthy skin by modulating healthy blood flow.

5. Remedy as anti- aging- Lat but not the least, chocolates acts as anti aging product. you might doubt this point, but its true as cacao can enhance mitochondrial biogenesis, or, the creation of new mitochondria, which may benefit the heath in various ways.

I hope these certain points may change old school mentality about eating chocolates, I do not promote more consumption of it as excessive of everything is hazardous, but consumption in limits may be helpful.
