Hello dear steemit friends hope you all doing great and well in your life. Today I have some important topic to share with you related to our health and which is important part of our meal and without it meal seems incomplete and it has lot of benefits to our health and body. I am talking about use of salad in our daily life we all use different types of salad and without adding it meals becomes incomplete so that we like to eat salad to increase taste but do you know it has amazing health benefits to our health and body and it keeps us fit if we are taking healthy enough salad during meal, I will share some benefits of salad hope you will like it.

Amazing Benefits Of Salad For Health And Body

Eating tasty and healthy food becomes important part of our health and today’s generation is more conscious about their health and this is great to see that they becoming aware about health and don’t need much advice of doctors this is due to our fast networking technology that they can learn so much knowledge not related to business but more often about health great to all of us.

So as like that here I have similar topic which is beneficial for health. Taste increases capacity of hunger but we take in sufficient quantity. Eating salad with meal seems tasty and provides many of health benefits it contains high fibers which are helpful for our bowel movement and prevent from constipation and also keep our digestion in control and also gastric problem in control. Protects from many of the diseases such as good for heart patient mostly cardiologist prescribed low diet with enough salad of cucumber carrot and reddish with lemon because it contains low fat and vit C helps in digestion and protects from accumulation of extra fat. Eating one bowl of salad is sufficient with your meal this must be used. It controls blood sugar of body and decreases cholesterol of body and keep body away from fat.

Green levy veg salad is the source of protein supplements you may add green and fresh veg salad which seems tasty and provides enough protein requirement to body and maintains body protein level for example using spinach and broccoli.
Daily eating of salad from breakfast till dinner must be used make food attractive if you have loss of appetite it will help to improve and you will increase your appetite so try to make your salad delicious only contain healthy fibers.
Eating salad also improves our muscle tone and keep us fit provide energy, improves bones and protects from bone disease and makes muscles and bone strong. Eating fresh fruit salad keeps our brain active and fresh and Salad is recommended mostly in weight loss when people make diet plan it becomes important part of their diet they use to eat daily salad in morning, day and in dinner. Easy to eat and easy to make salad its depends on us how we use this in our meal but we should use salad if you didn’t use it then start using it and make it in different way there are many types of salad you can make so I will share some types of salad which is easy and simple to make.

Fruit Salad For Your Break Fast

Fruits are beneficial in many ways to health these are the varieties which can use in different way to increase taste. So eat fruit salad in morning breakfast you can use fruits like banana, papaya, grapes, apples, pomegranate adding lemon take it in breakfast and you will feel fresh internally you can add some other fruits which you like to add.

Vegetable Salad

Use green leaves vegetable and also can add fruits and also can add tomato and cucumber it gives different taste in veg salad and tasty to eat.

Salad Used For Lunch

You can use veg and non-veg salad in your lunch if you are vegetarian use green salad which you like according to your taste and which is healthy. If you are non- veg then you can use green veg and can add boiled egg. Use spinach in green salad rich source of protein. You may use chicken salad also.

Salad Used For Dinner

Before dinner we can take sprout salad using nuts, tomato vegetables and lemon and may also use fruit seeds will give different taste and easy to digest may use some fruits like strawberry, blueberries and grapes. With dinner use onion, garlic, tomato, Carrot, cucumber adding lemon and salt according to taste this is for dinner because it helps in digestion properly and we need proper digestion in night due to long period of sleep and rest so try to keep your digestion in control using healthy and beneficial salad.

I love to make different salads in meal but I am vegetarian so I don’t use non veg except egg I use to eat egg salad but avoids chicken but you can use because it is good for energy and muscular tone. Hope you will like to eat it and will give some health benefits.

I love salads and eat them regularly, nothing like a good tasty salad. I try to stay away form the creamy sauces and mostly use fresh lemon and olive oil and ad a little sweetener just just for the balance. The combination of the salty sweetness and sourness just tastes great.

Very informative post @raksha. I eat salad on daily basis specifically cucumber adds value to my salad dish :).fibre diet helps a lot. It reduces weight as well cause it just fuels us with energy . In my opinion we should avoid eating more of carbohydrates in night time . well thanks for the great content . Good day
