Vegetarian food is very important for good health. Vegetarian foods contain plenty of fiber, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E, protein and emergency nutrition. Vegetarian foods do not have saturated fat. As such, this type of food does not allow excess body fat in our body and protects against many diseases. Let's take a look at why vegetarian food is necessary for body.

Green vegetables prevent colon cancer, stomach cancer, skin cancer in our body. These include the current antioxidant, flovonoids, current. They destroy cancerous germs. Vegetarian n leafy vegetables's fiber, iron, red blood cells reach all the ends of our body, which in turn increases our metabolism. Besides, vegetarian food is low in calories. This helps us to lose weight.

Apart from the other qualifications, Vegetarian food such as cheese is extremely essential for us. It contains proteins, vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium etc. It enhances the quality of good cholesterol in our body. It keeps our heart healthy. Besides, it helps to keep hair, skin, teeth and bones better. Vegetarian foods such as mushrooms provide Vitamin D in our body. In this, current protein and nutrition increase our body's immune system. In this, the current antioxidant destroys free radicals in our body, in which current vitamins activates our brain cells.

There's no end of benefits of vegetarian foods. The right amount of vegetarian food helps keep our body functioning more efficiently every day.

I can’t drink red wine, I can’t eat shrimp or lobster or crab or any other shell fish thanks to my gout. I need to start taking Cannabis CBD for all my arthritic pain and anxiety ....

I have to be careful with a Vegetarian diet though since all the beans are also bad for my gout and Uric acid levels in my joints.

Haha, as I sit down to read this, I'm eating 1/2lb of spinach, sauteed in butter and garlic with tumeric and other spices, mixed with asparagus, mushrooms, olives. Yum!
