What's your favorite healthy snack and why?

I love healthy snacks and especially those that need less preparation. 

Ideas for  my type of snack

Take a bowl of rice flakes. Add oats if you like. Slice an onion and add it. Toss in a sliced tomato as well. Mix well and add a pinch of salt and one sliced green chilly as well. Crush an arrowroot biscuit and add it. If you happen to have carrot, corn and pomegranate, add it too. Then squeeze a lemon and mix the juice. If you like black pepper, crush one or two and mix in. Have it like that or with bread.
