All things have a specific limit. This applies to food consumption. Regardless of the health of any diet, it may be harmful for health. Today we will know about some healthy foods which are harmful to eat extra.

  1. Carrots

Carrots are a nutritious food. Carrots rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. But you know, eating more carrots means that your body will absorb more amount of beta carotene. The orange orange material will be concentrated in the blood and the skin will be orange in turn. It is usually found in children's cases that many children are fed carrots rich in carrots.

2.Coffee

Coffee is a delicious and healthy drink. But drinking extra coffee can cause problems in the nervous system, there may be insomnia, muscle tension and chest rash. So it is not good to drink more than 2 cups of coffee a day.

But omega 3 fatty acids can dilute the blood in a large amount. Which has a bad effect on health. Playing a lot of fish oil creates poisoning of Vitamin A. Which has a bad effect for children and pregnant women. This results in problems and vomiting of eyes.

Cormini contains cinnamon, which causes cancer and creates poison in the liver - if it is taken in more than 5 grams. It has been found in the study that in a day, 2 grams of cinnamon need for our body.

5.Comparo

Tasteful this fruit may cause kidney and urinary problems due to excessive eating. So do not eat too much Kamranga.

  1. water

You are astonished by the name of the water in this list! Drinking more water can cause health problems. Drinking excessive amount of water reduces the concentration of sodium in the body, causing the body's balance of electrolyte to be wasted. Those who have regular exercise can be seen from this problem.

There are other foods that are not good enough to eat, such as liver, nutmeg, toffee, orange etc. Those whose family has thyroid problems are better than coughing cabbage or eating less.
