The Food We Eat

Most often,60% of our health status whether good or bad is determined by the food we eat, 30% covers the environment we live in and 10% by the situation around. It's easy to blame it on life's pressure but in fact ,you may be eating the wrong food. We encounter rapid evolution in genetic character And change in our sexual,mental and physical development and as such the aspect of food therapy keeps emerging to enlighten us on the effect of food and also educate us on food that are good to our health as well as foods to avoid.

From study carrots, black beans,oats, almond, tomatoes, broccoli,brown rice,pears, grapefruit, kidney beans,green tea, banana,spinach, eggs,orange, potatoes, dark chocolate,pine nuts,cheese etc. Are food that works greatly in maintaining a healthy live. They help in weight loss and are healthy carbs that boost metabolism and burn fat.

Blueberries are known for several functions such as having anti-aging effect, help in preventing cancer and diabetes.

Pine nuts especially helps overweight people lose weight without reducing calories intake or upping their exercise.
Nuts as almond satisfy hunger and help boost the heart functions.

Carrots helps in preventing inflammatory condition such as asthma and rheumatoid arthritis.

Tomatoes help boost the immune system while spinach apart from it other functions are good for building the muscle.

Aside the individual functions of the listed food,they all work toward reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease and are food that burns calories thereby helps in losing weight and they help prevent cancer and build our immune system.

On the other hand are food that are bad for our health, as much as possible avoid

sugary drinks,most pizzas,white bread, margarine, french fries, potatoes chip and industrial vegetable oil. These foods contain a high amount of calories and some unprocessed chemicals that could be dangerous to the heart,liver and the body system entirely.
