My nose bleeds internally during every winter? Is it a serious health issue or just a seasonal issue?
If you're able see a doctor. But if it's only happening during winter my first thought is the dry weather. It's an issue some people in my family have too, which is solved pretty easily with a humidifier. Get a good quality one and put it in the room you hang out in most/central to the house and leave it on through the winter. It ups the moisture content in the air, which dries out due to the cold weather, and can help with this. Though I still suggest a professional medical opinion as well, just in case it is something more serious.
