Gastroscopy

I went for a complete physical examination today.

It is a complete medical checkup I do every year in order to examine any serious condition I may have.

It is appreciated because the company I work for will bear the cost.

However, it is also a depressing day once a year.

Because I have to undergo a gastroscopy.

When I first experienced that, it was very painful.

I thought "Is this medieval torture?"

After that, I have undergone gastroscopy every year, but gradually suffering has decreased.

The point is to draw out the power of the body and not to think about anything.

However, if I could do this completely, I would be enlightened.

That's about a difficult thing.

As a reward for myself to endure suffering, I ate a cake on the way back.
