Actually, it's not a secret, it's nature, it's our body and its functioning, but now most people don't know the main laws of their health. Though these laws can let you have perfect health and never get ANY desease!

This secret is called acid-alcaline balance.

Alkaline products: lemon, cucumber, apple, carrot, onion, celery, oatmeal, mushrooms.
Acid ones: wheat bread, eggs, meat, alcohol, coffee, cereals (except oatmeal), fish

To help your body to keep this balance when you eat acid products, you can:

  • drink water with lemon - it gives Alkaline effect
  • drink water baking soda - the same effect
  • eat 3-4 times more alkaline products than acid food - 100 g of meat must be ate with 300g of greens and vegetables

Remember: you can be healthy ONLY when you have normal Ph balance.
So if you are sick often, then analyse what you eat.

Hello Talia alkalizing the body is huge topic and also very important for everyone. PH balnce of our body(or anting) is also connected with electric conductivity and mineralization. Our body are electric as we know and if we want aniting to happen we need to be conductive :)
