Nutritionists say that if you want to lose weight, you do not need to subject the nuts to processing. They are perfectly digested in pure form. This is the only way to get all the useful substances of their product. However, if it is necessary to reduce the time of digestion of nuts in the body, they must first be soaked in water. In dry form, they are poorly digested up to 6 hours.

Better than other nuts are balanced by the proteins and fats of pistachios. Fat in them is not too much, but proteins are just a lot. Still pistachios are very rich in calcium, and this is an element capable in our body of balancing the amount of sodium, due to which it is much easier to get rid of puffiness.

I would also like to note coconut nuts. They help regulate digestion, and yet protect against constipation - a frequent phenomenon for everyone who sits on diets. Besides this, the coconut has a very pleasant taste, it can be eaten and just so instead of dessert, for example, and add to a variety of dishes, making their taste more piquant and original.
