So, for a healthy body and mind you have no option but to exercise.
For starters it is best to start with a slow jog or a brisk walk, for at least 20 minutes. The jog should feel challenging, but comfortable. If you have, short of breath, relax for a minute or two, when you regain your breath you should be able to continue.
If you still have, shortness of breath or you are still concerned, consult your doctor.
