Wellbeing is actually a SCIENCE... in fact, it is the most important science of all

What I’ve discovered is that WELLBEING is actually a science.

Fortunately, It’s not a difficult or complex science to master. However, no traditional school taught us this science of wellbeing (internal life) for we were busy learning the sciences of eternal life.

Therefore, most human beings are running around trying to fix the outside world yet have no idea how to address and fix their internal world.

The first step in learning and applying the science of well-being is to give it a high enough priority. If you can see that it is how you are inside that will determine the quality and effectiveness of your actions outside, you quickly realize how important wellbeing really is.

In fact, it is the most important thing to know if you want to live a truly joyful and prosperous life.

For what good are riches and external success if you are miserable inside?

The science of well-being involves a few core fundamentals.

A few of them are:

  • you must take 100% responsibility for how you respond to life
  • eat 90-95% fresh vegetables and fruit only. Avoid processed foods and processed meats
  • do not overeat or eat late at night
  • use sound and mantra to activate higher geometric vibrations in you
  • align your body and posture in a certain way to encourage energy and structural flow. Yoga asana is a fast way to learn how to do this
  • do not give the thoughts in your mind too much importance. There is something more intelligent in you which is not based on thought. Let go of the idea that your thoughts are very important
  • use intelligent breathing to help you process emotions, calm your mind and invigorate your energies
  • self-massage and self-care on a regular basis is an expression of love and gratitude
  • every day that you wake up still alive is a sign of a blessing

It's time to make WELLBEING a higher priority and it has never been a better time to do so.

Nice post. Doesn't look like you are getting the votes you deserve though. You should check out steemengine.

Great approach treating it as a science because then the process/how to easily follows.

While on the whole I would agree with your recommendations, I do not think you have given enough information to claim they are science based / evidence based.

For example the UK food guidelines give a 80% plant based diet as optimum rather than the 95% you suggest.

As for 'use sound and mantra to activate higher geometric vibrations in you' - what does that actually mean in terms of a science?
