Tips To Keep Our Eye Healthy...!!!

Today's modern world, many light-emitting technologies such as mobile phones, tablets, televisions, computers / laptops, and more are our everyday eyes. Without us being aware, these things actually bring us a tear, tiredness and a problem for our eyes and eyesight.
Therefore, follow the tips to keep the eye below to guarantee and improve the health of our eyes.


1. Eat 'eye' food.

  • Speaking about this food, we often hear about vitamin A, C, E which is good for the eyes instead? But what foods contain vitamin A, C, E ni? Let's look at the examples of the foods below.
    Vitamin A
  • Liver
  • Sweet Potato
  • Carrot
  • Vegetable leafy like spinach, mustard etc.
    Vitamin C
    • For fans of this chili, there is a bit of good news. The big chilli green and red (or other name "Hot Chilli Peppers) in it contains a lot of vitamin C. It can be a chilli herb in addition to eye care.
  • Guava
  • Green vegetables
  • Kiwi fruit
  • Papaya
  • Orange
  • Strawberry

Vitamin E

  • Sunflower seed (this must be the favorite of the crowd)
  • Almond
  • Beans
  • Herbs Basil & Oregano
  • Dry Apricot
  • Paprika

Additionally, high in cystein and lechitin foods such as garlic, onion etc can protect against cataract formation in the eyes. Give rich in anthocyanins such as blueberry, grapes and others can improve our vision.


2. Exercise For Eye

  • First, rub our palms until it gets hot, then put both hands on our eyes. Repeat 3 to 5 times. Happy is not it? If you can repeat it every day. At least we do every time our eyes feel 'tired' or sick.

  • The second, start with eyes looking up. Then, turn our eyes round at 10 times and counter at 10 times.

  • Third, get pen, or ruler, or anything else. Hold and place the distance between the eyes and our arms. Focus points on selected pen / objects. Then, slowly move the selected pen / object close to the eye, and slowly move the pen backwards. Repeat 10 times.

  • Lastly, massage gently on our forehead to the space between our forehead. And break your eyes for 3-5 minutes.


3. Rest Your Eye

This step is really easy. What to do:

  1. Sleep enough.

  2. Rest your eyes when watching the screen of your cell phone, computer or reading too long. Restore eyes for at least 10 minutes every 50 minutes.

Remember, if we want healthy and good eyes and eyesight, practice this routine. In Sha Allah with His consent, will help our eyesight and eyes.
