Good habits of consuming enough water every day will have a good impact on health. The amount of water consumption each person must vary depending on the physical activity of each.

But you know, drinking water 60 seconds after waking up in the morning when the stomach is still empty it save a lot of benefits. Anything, huh?

Here are three benefits of drinking water shortly after waking up;

Drinking a glass of water 60 seconds after waking up in the morning will help us start 24% better digestion process. Therefore, provide a glass of water on the table next to the mattress.
