Dear Friends of Steemit, receive my big hug and greetings, wishing you all the best.

Before starting I must thank @healthsquared and @sweetsssj, for giving us the opportunity week after week to cultivate our lifestyle, and become educators and example for our good health, and to try to lead a healthy life.

Life is not just fun, work and make money, it will not help if we do not have good health to enjoy it to the fullest, as well as health is not to suffer signs and symptoms of a disease, health is to have that full balance between health, good nutrition and healthy mind, this week is fabulous because for us to have that healthy mind many of us have special moments in which we forget everything and enter.

For me, I am a nurse in an Intensive Care Unit, the father of 2 beautiful girls and the husband of a great woman. One of the moments when I relax with my daughters and wife is doing crafts for them to fulfill their school commitments and In this opportunity of the week of this beautiful challenge we are going to make the current food spin for Venezuela with recycling material.

The food spin as a new classification measure that is still in force is divided into 5 major groups of the food chain as they are: proteins, vegetables and fruits, carbohydrates, fats and sweets.

At the top edge of this spin we will include grains (beans, lentils, beans), as well as cereals (corn, wheat, barley, rice) and tubers (potatoes, yams, ocumo) and bananas. It is recommended to include two of these foods alone or in combination in all meals for an adequate diet.

Then in the next strip of this spin are the vegetables rich in minerals for example eggplant, pumpkin, carrot, zucchini and milky fruits, orange, strawberry, grape, side, pineapple, melon, cambur that provide the main minerals and energy for the function It is important to emphasize that these should be consumed in daily rations at least 5 of them. Later we will find the proteins: as they are the derivatives of the milk of cow and goat, meats (res, chicken, fish) and eggs.

The Sweets and Fats: would be located at the lower end of this spin, which we should consume only 1 time a day between 3 times a week, since the excess of it can lead to diseases.

Next to the top of the guaral (string), represents the intake of water and a doll doing sports, this along with balanced diet ensures a healthy individual.

Materials ulitilizados cardboard, scissors paste, brushes, cold paint, markers, paper, old magazines, and a lot of imagination and love for everything to go well.

The realization of it we enjoyed to the fullest in family and especially with much learning for my little ones through doing learning as a meaningful learning strategy and with an extraordinary relaxation where I spent a different afternoon learning healthy nutrition, educating my daughters.
