Happy day my healthy community, back here, greetings to coach Ben @healtsquared for his great initiative, here I leave the way to stay active and healthy. I think the images speak for themselves.

One of the first things I do three times a week is exercise. It is very important that before doing your routine you do a little warm-up, so that your body activates and is ready to exercise. You can heat in different ways, you just have to find your favorite. To not get bored, you can do a circuit where you do jumps with the knee to the chest for a minute, do jumping jacks for another and burpees for a minute too, repeat this circuit 3 times.

As an extra to finish your workout and help burn fat, take about 20 minutes or half an hour to do a mild cardio if you're a beginner and something more intense if you're in good shape. Go for a 30-minute walk at a fast pace or look for a routine on the Internet that you can do comfortably at home, that depends on your preferences.

Do not forget to stretch

For your health and for the best recovery of your muscles, you should always stretch at the end of a training session. You see stretching your whole body, from the twins to the neck, in a relaxed way and feeling like the muscle relaxes.

In this way your body will understand that the training routine has ended, that it is time to relax, rest and replenish energy with a healthy meal.

Meditation keeps you healthy

Meditation is a discipline that we should all practice, because it is full of benefits for a healthy body and mind, as I explained earlier. Any exercise that serves to train our willpower not only makes us grow as a person, but also makes you someone with greater strength and concentration to perform the tasks that cause you headaches, synonymous with well-being.



Mountain Sports

They say that you are either beach or mountain, although it is best to know how to enjoy both. But if you are one of those who prefer nature and you like to be in shape, you will undoubtedly want to practice some mountain sport during the holidays.

This type of sport is practiced in a medium with special characteristics and a certain climate. It can also be practiced in a professional manner or as a mere enjoyment and connection with nature. It can be practiced individually or with more people and, in addition, there is no age limit, you just have to like it and be willing to exercise.

The beach is one of my best options.



Tips to stay active during the day
Every time we need more energy to maintain the rhythm of day to day in our daily activities.

That is why we bring you some tips to keep you vital throughout the day:

1. Get up every day at the same time

This will make all the functions of your body activate, generating a habit and that everything works better.

2. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
You have probably heard many times that the most important meal of the day is breakfast. Well this is totally true. A good breakfast will charge you with energy and open your mind so that you assume your day better. It is important that it be balanced.

3. Physical Activity.
Physical activity will help you to be more alert, since your body secretes substances that allow it, in addition, exercise improves your physical and mental state of health.

  1. Organized activities.
    Knowing clearly what you should do first and how you should start to execute your daily activities, will make you wear less and be more efficient in it. It is important that at night or during the first moments of the morning, give an order to everything.

5. Do not skip meals.
To stay active, you need fuel, hence the importance of eating at hours and giving you a space considered to do so. Try not to eat under pressure, this makes your mind is dissatisfied, even when your body does not need more food.

6. Active breaks.
Active pauses will allow your mind to oxygenate and give you the possibility to resume your activities with greater willingness and concentration. You can choose to stretch, a short walk or listen to a relaxing song in a different position than you have to work.

7. Sleep habits
Sleep habits have changed over time. At this time, the need to be connected all the time, can make us postpone bedtime or nighttime conditions are not the best. That's why it's important, more or less, an hour before going to sleep, gradually going down, the noise and light levels of the house and, most importantly, going to bed always at the same time, this will create a habit .
